COVID-19: Helping the vulnerable during the coronavirus pandemic

It’s been estimated that nearly half of the 1.3 million workers in the Pittsburgh region will be directly impacted by the order to close nonessential businesses to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

That means more people than ever before are losing income and need help with food, medical care, and supporting themselves and their families for as long as this crisis continues.

We are here to help. Our mission is more critical than ever: making sure public assistance programs are accessible and supportive to the people who need them, and making sure government policy prioritizes those facing hunger and hardship.
