Important Updates
Changes to Benefits
Over the past two months, Just Harvest has been joining with partners around the state to inform our community about the upcoming changes to SNAP benefits that will harm families this fall. We’ve worked to update our materials about the work reporting requirements and punitive time-limit that will begin for many adults September 1st. Click below to find resources and learn more.
Fall Farmers Markets
As we near the end of Farmers Market season, you won't want to miss the chance to pick up delicious fall produce! And thanks to the City of Pittsburgh’s Food Justice Fund, our 2025 dollar for dollar SNAP match is still available at select markets! All locations accept SNAP/SUN Bucks/EBT cards, credit and debit cards, WIC FMNP vouchers, Senior FMNP vouchers, cash, and Food Bucks – a program that gives SNAP shoppers an extra $2.00 to spend on fruits and veggies for every $5.00 they spend.
